This was the 5th annual Christmas seminar where anyone that want to share can share, we will go through this years trainings. HANKYOU means reflections, and the theme for this seminar is to reflect on what really happened this year.
The SEMINAR IS COMPLETELY FREE if you have been to Japan this year for training, you don’t need to teach if you don’t want. If you have not been to Japan this year it will be a great way to review this years theme.

På fredag kväll kör vi i Kaigozan dojo på ALBYGATAN 117 i Sundbyberg från kl 17:00 till 21:00. Om det är någon som vill hänga med och äta middag efter träningen på Bishops Arms i Sundbybergs centrum kan ni kontakta mig (om ni inte kommer på träningen).
